Refund policy

We always hope you love the wildflowers you found, but understand if they didn’t work out! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns are accepted for store credit only.
Items are inspected upon arrival to ensure below eligibility requirements are met prior to issuing store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or applied to your customer account that is linked to your email on file.

ELIGIBLILTY


Items must be in the condition in which the item was received - unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and tags intact (if applicable).

Items that are purchased from the "Sale Pickens" tab are final sale. These items or items discounted 30% or more are NOT eligible for return. 
Accessories are NOT eligible for return. 

Bralettes are NOT eligible for return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If a return is being made, go to your order through your email and begin the return process. 

If having issues, email hello@wildflowerfound.com with order number/proof of purchase and reason for return. We will then let you know if your return is approved.


Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our store, if you would like to exchange something for another size the best thing to do is return your current item then place a new order. Simply follow the steps above to request a return and upon approval follow the instructions to complete the return. If your size is unavailable, you will be issued store credit.
